Applicants

Thank you for applying for one of our units. To complete the application process, please complete the following:

• Pay your admin fee by sending $300 per applicant via Zelle to processing@andcomanagement.com.
  

• Complete your profile here.
  A profile is required for all occupants, even if you do not have pets. If multiple people are applying to live in the same unit, only one person will need to fill out a pet profile. All others should fill out a No Pet profile.

        Once the application(s), admin fee(s), and pet profile(s) are received, we can take the unit you are applying for off of the market and begin processing the             application.

• If your landlord(s) do not complete the online residency verification, please print, sign and deliver the landlord verification available here to your current landlord, and ask that they return it to our office.
